Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Rocket Automate collects when you use WhatsApp Rocket, and how we handle it.

1. What we collect

• Account & licensing data: your name, business name, email address, phone number and Wati account identifier, collected when you request a trial or purchase a license.
• License verification data: your license key and technical identifiers of your Google Sheet, used to activate and validate your subscription.
• Delivery event data: message status events (sent / delivered / read / failed) routed from Wati webhooks to update statuses in your Sheet. These are processed transiently for routing and are not used for any other purpose.
• Payment data: processed entirely by our payment gateway (Razorpay). We never see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.

2. What we do NOT collect

We do not store your contact lists or the content of your WhatsApp messages. These remain in your own Google Sheet and your own Wati account, under your control.

3. How we use information

• To issue, activate and verify licenses;
• To provide support and send service-related communication (license expiry, renewals, important updates);
• To improve the reliability of the Service.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

4. Third-party services

The Service operates in conjunction with Google (Sheets/Apps Script), Wati, WhatsApp/Meta, Cloudflare and Razorpay. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective privacy policies.

5. Data retention and deletion

Licensing records are retained while your license is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for accounting and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing support@rocketautomate.in; we will comply except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

License keys act as access credentials and are transmitted over HTTPS. Access to our licensing records is restricted to authorised personnel of Rocket Automate.
