Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial first — so you can buy with confidence

Every prospective customer with a paid Wati plan can take a 15-day free trial with full Pro features before paying anything. The trial exists precisely so you can validate WhatsApp Rocket with your own Wati account, your own Google Sheet and your own real messages.

No refunds after payment

Because full evaluation is available free of charge before purchase, all payments for WhatsApp Rocket licenses are final and non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual plans, for Basic and Pro.

Cancellation

There are no auto-charged renewals. Your subscription simply runs for the period you paid for (one month or one year). If you choose not to renew, sending pauses at the end of the paid period — nothing further is charged, and your data in your own Google Sheet remains untouched.

Failed or duplicate transactions

If an amount is debited but your license is not issued, or a payment is charged twice for the same order, write to us within 7 days at support@rocketautomate.in with the transaction reference. Genuine failed/duplicate transactions will be reversed to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 working days of confirmation from the payment gateway.
