Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WhatsApp Rocket ("the Service"), a Google Sheets–based WhatsApp automation tool operated by Rocket Automate ("we", "us"). By purchasing a license, activating a trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

WhatsApp Rocket enables sending, scheduling and tracking of WhatsApp messages from Google Sheets through your own Wati (WhatsApp Business API) account. The Service requires an active paid Wati subscription, which you procure and pay for separately. We are not affiliated with Wati, Google, WhatsApp or Meta.

2. Licenses and plans

• Licenses are issued per Google Sheet / business and are non-transferable.
• Basic and Pro plans are available on monthly or annual billing, priced in INR as displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
• The 15-day free trial provides full Pro features. When the trial ends, sending is paused until a paid subscription is activated. No amount is charged automatically.
• When a paid subscription period ends and is not renewed, sending is paused; your data in your own Google Sheet remains untouched.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Wati's terms, and applicable Indian law, including obtaining valid consent (opt-in) from message recipients. You must not use the Service to send spam, unlawful, misleading or abusive content. We may suspend licenses used in violation of this section without refund.

4. Your data

Your contacts and message content reside in your own Google Sheet and your own Wati account. Our systems process only what is needed to verify your license and route delivery events, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner (Razorpay). All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes such as GST unless stated otherwise. All sales are final — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but the Service depends on third-party platforms (Google Apps Script, Wati, WhatsApp/Meta, Cloudflare) whose outages, rate limits or policy changes are outside our control. Support is provided by email at support@rocketautomate.in.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business, revenue or data, or for actions taken by WhatsApp/Meta or Wati against your accounts.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms and the Service from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email or on this page.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
